Smith Wigglesworth

Smith Wigglesworth (1859–1947) was a British evangelist and prominent figure in the early Pentecostal movement. Known as the “Apostle of Faith,” he was famous for his bold healing ministry, claiming numerous miraculous healings through prayer and faith in Jesus Christ. Originally a plumber with limited education, Wigglesworth experienced a dramatic spiritual transformation and began preaching worldwide. He emphasized the power of the Holy Spirit, speaking in tongues, and Divine healing. His unwavering belief in the Bible and dynamic preaching style inspired many. His legacy continues to influence charismatic and Pentecostal Christians around the world today.
