George Jeffreys

George Jeffreys was a prominent Welsh Pentecostal evangelist and pastor in the early 20th century. Born in 1889, he played a key role in the growth of the Pentecostal movement in the UK. He helped in the founding of the Elim Pentecostal Church in 1915. Jeffreys was known for his dynamic preaching and healing ministry. He was known for drawing large crowds across Britain and internationally. His passion for Pentecostal beliefs and emphasis on Divine healing and the power of the Holy Spirit helped shape modern Charismatic Christianity. Jeffreys’ influence extended beyond his own Church, inspiring generations of Pentecostal and charismatic leaders.
